SLACKEM FISHING CHARTERS
Slackem Charters is a family owned and operated business located in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. They are putting Cayman on the map for sport fishing. Captain Jon, owner of Slackem Charters has been Deep Sea Fishing in the Cayman waters for over 30 years. All of their charters are private and they offer deep sea fishing, reef fishing, snorkeling, stingray, starfish point and sunset cruises.
Deep sea Fishing in the Cayman Islands waters is host to pelagic big game fish such as Blue Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi and Wahoo. Blue Marlin are normally found year round and we also catch a few White Marlin in the summer months and normally see one or two Sailfish as well. All Billfish are catch and release, we do try and get a good photo opportunity but sometimes that is not possible, the safety of our crew, guests and the fish are our first priority. Any edible fish that is caught are filleted for our guests and our guests are welcomed to take as much fish as they think they can eat during their stay.
