This spacious second-floor corner condo offers 3,200 sq. ft. of luxurious living space with breathtaking views from the living areas and master suite. 

The fully equipped kitchen features modern small appliances including a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and an additional Keurig coffee maker. An additional under-counter ice maker has been added for your convenience!

The oversized 40-foot screened balcony enjoys elevated views overlooking the pool and beachfront. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the sun, or for casual dining and cool drinks at sunset. The balcony dining table seats 8 guests. 

Dual air conditioning, ceiling fans, and tiled floors throughout keep this villa cool and comfortable.

Complimentary wifi and cable TV channels with 40 music channels to choose from will keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay. The living area and all bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions and DVD players.

Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Guests may request additional weekday housekeeping upon arrival at no extra cost.

Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 9 guests max.

• Primary Suite - king bed, oceanfront, walk-out access to the balcony, television, renovated ensuite with double vanity, and double rainfall shower.


• Guest Suite #1 - king bed, television, ensuite with shower bath.

• Additional Guests - a surcharge of $100/night per person applies for the 9th guest.

All beds are top-of-the-line Kingsdown pillow-top mattresses with luxury linens and sheets. Each bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with hairdryers, bathrobes, and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames bathing soaps and lotions provided.

The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, laundry sink, plus extra linens, bath towels, and beach towels. An iron and board are also provided.

All condos are 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the patios or balconies.

Traveling families can request Pack 'n Play cribs or high chairs. The front office will hold these items for you at check-in.
