Upon entry, the marble-tiled floors, vaulted ceilings, and spectacular oceanfront views set the tone for an amazing Cayman vacation. 

Along with a fully equipped kitchen, there is an additional ice maker located in the separate built-in wet bar off the dining area.

The expansive windows and patio doors can be shaded using automatic Hunter Douglas blinds. In addition to the central air conditioning, ceiling fans are in every room for guests' comfort and enjoyment.

HD televisions in the living room and bedrooms offer over 100 cable TV channels and 50 music channels.

The spacious open-air balcony is furnished with oversized swivel chairs and a spacious dining table with seating for six. It's the perfect setting for dining, lounging, and sunset gazing!

Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 6 adults max, 8 guests total

• Primary Suite - king bed, oceanfront, walk-out access to the balcony, television, ensuite with double vanity, and shower.


• Guest Suite #1 - king bed, television, ensuite with shower.


• Guest Suite #2 - 2 double beds, television, ensuite with shower bath.


• Additional Guests - a surcharge of $100/night per person applies for the 7th & 8th guests.

Each bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with hairdryers, bathrobes, and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames bathing soaps and lotions provided.

Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Guests may request additional weekday housekeeping upon arrival at no extra cost.

The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, a laundry sink, plus extra linens, bath towels, and beach towels. An iron and board are also provided.

All condos are 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the patios or balconies.

Traveling families can request Pack 'n Play cribs or high chairs. The front office will hold these items for you at check-in.
