This sixth-floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom corner unit offers breathtaking views of Seven Mile Beach from everywhere inside and outside the unit.

The condo features a custom white kitchen, with a gorgeous and functional island, and boasts top-of-the-line Bosch appliances. To complement the gourmet kitchen a new bar was installed featuring a wine and beverage fridge.

All three bathrooms were remodeled and feature frameless glass shower enclosures, custom cabinetry, and stunning tilework. The designer floor tile throughout succeeds in bringing the beach feeling indoors.

All beds are top-of-the-line Kingsdown pillow-top mattresses with luxury linens and sheets. Each bedroom is equipped with blackout window coverings, plus a full ensuite bathroom with hairdryers, bathrobes, and complimentary bathing soaps and lotions provided.

Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Guests may request additional weekday housekeeping upon arrival at no extra cost.

The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, a laundry sink, plus extra linens, bath towels, and beach towels. An iron and board are also provided.

All condos are 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the patios or balconies.

Traveling families can request Pack 'n Play cribs or high chairs. The front office will hold these items for you at check-in.
