This spectacular fifth-floor corner condo offers many upgrades and conveniences. From the tiled floors, cabinets, fixtures, and appliances, this villa has it all!

The screened-in balcony offers an expansive opening so that guests may enjoy the privacy of having screens closed or open to enhance the views and enjoy the open-air Juliet balcony.

The chef's kitchen features granite countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf induction cooktop, Wolf & Viking appliances, a separate ice machine, and a wine cooler.

Complimentary wifi and cable channel programming with over 40 music stations to choose from will keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay.

For your viewing and listening pleasure, the living area comes equipped with a large wall-mounted HD television with a DVD player, and a Bose audio system. All bedrooms are also equipped with televisions.  

Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Guests may request additional weekday housekeeping upon arrival at no extra cost.

Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 7 guests max.

• Primary Suite - king bed, oceanfront, walk-out access to the balcony, television, ensuite with double vanity, soaking bathtub, and shower.


• Guest Suite #1 - king bed, television, ensuite with shower bath.


• Guest Suite #2 - queen bed + twin bed, television, ensuite with shower bath.


• Additional Guests - a surcharge of $100/night per person applies for the 7th guest.

All beds are fitted with luxury linens and sheets on top-of-the-line Kingsdown pillow-top mattresses. Each bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with hairdryers, bathrobes, and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames bathing soaps and lotions provided.

The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, laundry sink, plus extra linens, bath towels, and beach towels. An iron and board are also provided.

All condos are 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the patios or balconies.

Traveling families can request Pack 'n Play cribs or high chairs. The front office will hold these items for you at check-in.
