The designer-decorated home features a screened oceanfront balcony, an open-concept living area with ocean views and vaulted ceilings, plus a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need making meal prep simple and easy.

Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and tiled floors keep this home cool and comfortable.

Complimentary wifi and cable channel programming with over 40 music stations to choose from will keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay.

The living area comes furnished with a loveseat sofa and entertainment hutch with HD television and DVD player. All bedrooms are also equipped with televisions. 

Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Guests may request additional weekday housekeeping upon arrival at no extra cost.

Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 4 guests max.

• Guest Suite #1 - 2 twin beds, television, ensuite with shower bath; twin beds can be fitted into a king bed upon request. 

All beds are fitted with luxury linens and sheets on top-of-the-line Kingsdown pillow-top mattresses. Each bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom, television, and DVD player.

Hairdryers, bathrobes, and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames bathing soaps and lotions come provided.

The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, laundry sink, plus extra linens, bath towels, and beach towels. An iron and board are also provided.

All condos are 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the patios or balconies.
