The large open patio is set up with comfortable seating for seaside dining or comfy relaxation overlooking Seven Mile Beach.

Tiled floors, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans keep the interiors cool and comfortable.

Complimentary wifi and cable TV channels with 40 music channels to choose from will keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay. The living area and all bedrooms come equipped with cable televisions. 

The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, a built-in microwave, plus a stovetop and oven.

Small appliances are provided making at-home meals a breeze to prepare! High-speed blender, toaster, 10-cup coffee maker, plus a single-serve coffeemaker. Dishwasher detergent and dish soap are provided along with dishcloths and cleaning supplies.

Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Guests may request additional weekday housekeeping upon arrival at no extra cost.

Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps up to 8 guests max.

The primary suite opens out onto the open-air balcony facing the sea. Slumber to the soothing sounds of the sea and wake up to the sun sparkling on the water! 

All beds are fitted with luxury linens and sheets on top-of-the-line Kingsdown pillow-top mattresses. Each bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom, television, and DVD player.

Hairdryers, bathrobes, and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames bathing soaps and lotions are provided.

The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, a utility sink, plus extra linens, bath towels, and beach towels. An iron and board are also provided.

All condos are 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the patios or balconies.

Traveling families can request Pack 'n Play cribs or high chairs prior to arrival. The front office will hold these items for you at check-in.
