This luxurious 3-bed, 3-bath condo is located on the outside corner of the fourth floor. The large windows and high ceilings give this light-filled home expansive beachfront views.

Tiled floors, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans keep the interiors cool and comfortable.

Complimentary wifi and cable TV channels with 40 music channels to choose from will keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay. Televisions are located in the living room and in each bedroom.

The gourmet kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances including a Krups coffee maker, blender, toaster, single-serve coffee maker, and every cooking utensil needed for a home-cooked meal. A wet bar with an additional ice maker has been added to the dining area, a real plus when blending tropical drinks!

Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Guests may request additional weekday housekeeping upon arrival at no extra cost.

Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 7 guests max.

• Primary Suite - king bed, oceanfront, walk-out access to the balcony, ensuite with double vanity, soaking tub, and shower.


• Guest Suite #1 - queen bed, ensuite with shower.


• Guest Suite #2 - 2 twin beds, ensuite with shower; twins can be fitted into a king bed upon request.


• Additional Bedding - a rollaway bed is provided at a surcharge of $100/night. 

Each bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with hairdryers, bathrobes, and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames bathing soaps and lotions provided.

The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, laundry sink, plus extra linens, bath towels, and beach towels. An iron and board are also provided.

All condos are 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the patios or balconies. 

Traveling families can request Pack 'n Play cribs or high chairs prior to arrival. The front office will hold these items for you at check-in.
