All Beachcomber condos are maintained to perfection with quality furnishings, gourmet appliances, plus all the comforts of home and dazzling oceanfront views. 

This luxurious third-floor corner unit offers sweeping views from the living areas, kitchen, and primary suite. Large windows, wraparound views, and high ceilings throughout, make this villa open and filled with natural sunlight.

Tiled floors, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans keep the interiors cool and comfortable. The oversized balconies on the third floor provide breathtaking views of Seven Mile Beach. This unit faces North and has unobstructed views of the beach and sunsets.

The designer kitchen features granite countertops, high-end appliances, and nice extras like an under-the-counter ice maker, coffee maker, single-serve Keurig coffee maker, and Bullet smoothie maker. 

There is a full-sized washer and dryer, plus a utility sink in the laundry room. Pool floaties and snorkel gear are also stored in this room. 

The corner unit balcony has both a screened-in section with a comfortable dining table for six, and a separate sun deck for lounging with a bar height table for sunset happy hours.  

Complimentary wifi and cable programming with 40 music channels will keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay. Alexa is available to stream your favorite music or pair your phone to the Sonos speaker to stream your favorite tunes. 

The living room and bedrooms are all equipped with HD cable televisions with Netflix. There is also a Roku and an Amazon Fire TV Stick for streaming. The bedrooms all have attached bathrooms and the finest quality beds and pillows.

• Primary Suite - king bed, oceanfront, walk-out access to the balcony, television, ensuite with newly remodeled double vanity, Hans Grohe rainfall shower with water wand and bench. 


• Guest Suite #1 - king bed, television, ensuite with shower.


• Guest Suite #2 - two twin beds, television, ensuite with shower; twin beds can be fitted into a king upon request.

Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Guests may request additional weekday housekeeping upon arrival at no extra cost.

Beach and bath towels are provided throughout your stay. An in-unit laundry room adds convenience with a new full-size washer and dryer. Snorkel equipment, a beach cooler, and floaties can be found in a closet in the laundry room. 

The Beachcomber is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, wellness spas, and shops. For nights in, you will find many takeout or delivery options to choose from.

A rental car is not a necessity as you can get around easily via taxis. You might want to consider one since there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can get expensive. Hertz and Andy's Rent-a-Car are nearby options.
