This designer-decorated third-floor condo opens out to breathtaking views of Seven Mile Beach. The spacious screened balcony, furnished with four chaise lounges and a patio dining set, is the perfect spot to greet the morning with your cup of coffee or wind down with a sunset dinner. 

A fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, high-end stainless steel appliances, and Krups small appliances make meal planning simple and easy. 

Flat-screen televisions with cable programming, 40 music channels, and DVD players are located in the living room and both bedrooms.

Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Guests may request additional weekday housekeeping upon arrival at no extra cost.

Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 4 guests max.

• Primary Suite - king bed, television, ensuite with double vanity, soaking tub, and shower.


• Guest Suite - 2 twin beds, television, ensuite with shower; twins can be fitted into a king bed upon request. 

Each bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom, an HD television, and DVD player. Beds are fitted with top-of-the-line pillow tops, Kingsdown mattresses, and high-end bed linens.

Hairdryers, bathrobes, and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames bathing soaps and lotions come provided.

The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, laundry sink, plus extra linens, bath towels, and beach towels. An iron and board are also provided.

All condos are 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the patios or balconies.
