Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room keep this condo cool and comfortable. Large flat-screen TVs are in the living room and each bedroom, featuring over 100 cable channels and 40 music channels.

Complimentary daily housekeeping (except on Sundays), high-speed wifi service, and free local and long-distance calling to the US and Canada also come provided.

The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, laundry sink, plus extra linens, bath towels, and beach towels. An iron and board are also provided.
