The living room and bedrooms are all equipped with televisions with cable programming.

The designer gourmet kitchen features upgraded cabinets, granite countertops, high-end appliances, and nice extras like a wine cooler, ice maker, and single-serve coffee maker.

Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Guests may request additional weekday housekeeping upon arrival at no extra cost.

The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer, dryer, and laundry sink plus extra linens, bath towels, and beach towels. An iron and board are also provided.

All condos are 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the patios or balconies.
