The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers every appliance imaginable, including a wine cooler, to make beachside dining a pleasure. In addition to a 10-cup coffee maker, the kitchen also provides a single-serve coffee maker to please each coffee drinker with a choice of cup size and flavor.

Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room keep this condo cool and comfortable. Large flat-screen TVs are in the living room and each bedroom, featuring over 100 cable channels and 40 music channels.

Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Guests may request additional weekday housekeeping upon arrival at no extra cost.

Each bathroom includes a hairdryer and bathrobes. Fresh beach towels are provided daily along with fresh bath linens.

The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, laundry sink, plus extra linens, bath towels, and beach towels. An iron and board are also provided.

All condos are 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the patios or balconies.
