The uninterrupted view of the Caribbean from the living and dining rooms, kitchen and balcony areas is unparalleled. A spacious multi-seating patio provides a relaxing retreat for dining, sunning, conversation, and viewing the spectacular sunsets.

With no units above, Villa #39 is private and quiet. Unobstructed panoramic views from the top floor make this a prime location. Wake up to watch the sunrise over the North Sound from the second patio off the master bedroom. A laptop computer, charger, and printer are provided for guest conveniences. The villa is professionally decorated with careful selections showcasing original art and island influences. Custom designed furniture and bed coverings, down-filled sofa and chairs, LED lights, and five MinkaAire ceiling fans provide stylish appointments for total comfort. Full length floor to ceiling sheer drapes in the living, dining, and master bedroom areas add to the feeling of airy spaciousness.

Villa #39 accommodates 4 guests.

The bedding arrangement for Villa #39 is 1 King bed in the master bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom.  Each bedroom has a full bathroom & large Flat Screen TV. A European glass enclosed shower, an over-sized soaking tub and separate water closet add to your comfort and privacy in the en-suite master bath. The 2nd bathroom enjoys an oversized walk in shower. Hair dryers, linens, towels, beach towels and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames bathing soaps and lotions are also provided.

In addition to the FREE Wireless Internet Service, there is also FREE Local & Long Distance calling to the US and Canada.

The in suite laundry room includes a washer and dryer.  Daily Housekeeping is provided (except on Sunday).

All condos are 100% Non Smoking. No smoking permitted inside or on the patios.
