This 6th floor, corner villa offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea & famous Seven Mile Beach from the penthouse patio.
The villa has been custom designed with a wealth of upgraded features & comfortable island decor. On entry, the marble tile floor, 15′ ceilings & spectacular view, set the tone for an amazing island experience.

Along with a fully equipped kitchen there is an additional ice maker located in the separate bar in the dining area.  In addition to the central A/C, ceiling fans are in every room for guests’ comfort & enjoyment.

There are flat Screen TVs in the living room & 3 bedrooms offering over 100 cable channels & 50 music channels. The spacious patio is open air (no screen) and offers the perfect setting for relaxing, or dining out in the fresh air.

Villa #34 accommodates 6 guests.

The bedding consists of a King bed in the master bedroom, King bed in the 2nd bedroom, plus a Queen and Twin bed in the 3rd bedroom.  The Master Bedroom opens out to the spacious patio that overlooks the Caribbean Sea. The en-suite master bath features a double vanity, stand alone soaker tub, walk in shower & separate toilet room. Large beach towels, bathrobes & hair dryers are provided.  A flat screen TV is in every bedroom.

In addition to the FREE Wireless Internet Service, there is also FREE Local & Long Distance calling to the US and Canada.

A large, over sized laundry room is convenient for guest’s extra washing & drying as well as for ironing & extra storage space for beach toys & extra luggage space. Daily Housekeeping is provided (except on Sunday).

All condos are 100% Non Smoking. No smoking permitted inside or on the patios.
