A custom white kitchen, with a waterfall island, boasts top-of-the-line Bosch appliances. To complement the gourmet kitchen a new wet bar was installed featuring a wine and beverage fridge and under counter ice maker. A special coffee station was added to this area for those who love their morning coffee.

All three bathrooms were remodeled with frameless glass shower enclosures and custom cabinetry. The designer flooring throughout was chosen for its driftwood appearance and succeeds in bringing the beach feeling indoors.

Complimenting the new floors, walls, and lighting, designer finishes were carefully chosen to capture the sunlight that fills the condo throughout the day. 

A new air conditioning system with in-duct air purification lighting was installed to neutralize pollutants and ensure excellent indoor air quality.

The balcony now makes outdoor living a breeze. Take your pick of comfy designer couches and relaxing loungers, or delight in alfresco dining with beachfront views around the six-seater dining table. 

Inside, guests can now enjoy an 85-inch Smart TV in the living room and a 60-inch Smart TV in the master suite, plus new TVs in the other 2 bedrooms. Complimentary wifi and cable channel programming with over 40 music stations to choose from will keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay.

Alternatively, you could elect to leave the TVs off and soak in the beautiful ocean views and sunsets from the open-air balcony and living areas. 

Daily housekeeping is provided throughout your stay except on Sundays.

Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 7 guests max.

• Master Suite - king bed, oceanfront, walk-out access to the balcony, television, ensuite bath with double vanity and large walk-in shower.


• Guest Suite #1 - king bed, television, ensuite bath with shower.


• Guest Suite #2 - 2 twin beds, television, ensuite bath with shower/tub combo; twins can be made into a king bed, as shown in photos, upon request.


• Additional Bedding - a rollaway bed is provided for additional guests at a per person surcharge of $100/night. 

Hairdryers, bathrobes, and complimentary bathing soaps and lotions come provided.

The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, laundry sink, plus extra linens, bath towels, and beach towels. An iron and board are also provided.

All condos are 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the patios or balconies.  

Traveling families can request Pack 'n Play cribs or high chairs. The front office will hold these items for you at check-in.

The entire reno, with new furniture throughout, is aimed to give you the most luxurious stay possible. Oversized custom lounge sectionals, dining chairs, bar stools, and mattresses were all carefully chosen with this in mind.

There is nothing better than sinking into a comfortable bed at the end of a day of fun and sun.
