This luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is located on the outside corner of the fifth floor. The large side-facing windows of this light-filled condo provide sweeping views of the sea and beach.

The large open patio is set up with comfortable seating for seaside dining or comfy relaxation overlooking Seven Mile Beach.

Tiled floors, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans keep the interiors cool and comfortable.

Complimentary wifi and cable TV channels with 40 music channels to choose from will keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay. The living area and all bedrooms come equipped with cable televisions. 

The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator with in-door ice and water dispenser, a built-in microwave oven, a solid surface stovetop, and oven.

Small appliances are provided making at-home meals a breeze to prepare! High-speed blender, toaster, 10 cup coffee maker, plus a single-serve coffeemaker (coffee pods can be purchased at Foster's in Camana Bay, or bring your favorite flavors from home!). Dishwasher detergent and dish soap are provided along with dishcloths and cleaning supplies.

Daily housekeeping comes included throughout your stay except on Sundays. 

Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps up to 8 guests max.

• Master Suite - king bed, oceanfront, walk-out access to the balcony, television, ensuite bath with double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower.


• Guest Suite #1 - queen bed, television, ensuite bath with shower/tub combo.


• Guest Suite #2 - 2 queen beds, television, ensuite bath with shower/tub combo.


• Additional Guests - a surcharge of $100/night per person applies for the 7th & 8th guests.

The master suite opens out onto the open-air balcony facing the sea. Slumber to the soothing sounds of the sea and wake up to the sun sparkling on the water! 

All beds are fitted with luxury linens and sheets on top-of-the-line Kingsdown pillow-top mattresses. Each bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom, television, and DVD player.

Hairdryers, bathrobes, and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames bathing soaps and lotions come provided.

The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, laundry sink, plus extra linens, bath towels, and beach towels. An iron and board are also provided.

All condos are 100% non-smoking. No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the patios or balconies.

Traveling families can request Pack 'n Play cribs or high chairs prior to arrival. The front office will hold these items for you at check-in.
