This lovely, well-appointed 3rd floor villa offers breathtaking views of the crystal clear turquoise sea and white sands of Seven Mile Beach. The perfect spot for morning coffee or tropical drinks at sunset. Stunning, designer decorated with an extended /over- sized patio offering comfortable chaise lounges and patio chairs for sunset dining or morning coffee. The fully equipped, high-end, gourmet kitchen (including a single serve coffee maker) is the perfect setting for preparing meals.

The luxurious Master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, separate walk in shower, water closet and 2 vanities. Hair dryers, bathrobes and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames bathing soaps and lotions complete this lovely, spacious area.

Villa #16 accommodates 6 guests.

The bedding arrangement for Villa #16 is 1 King bed in the master bedroom,  1 Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Upon request, the 2 Twin beds can be combined and made into a King bed.  Each bedroom has a full bathroom & large Flat Screen TV and DVD player. The condo is stocked with top quality bed/bath linens, bathrobes and beach towels.

In addition to the FREE Wireless Internet Service, there is also FREE Local & Long Distance calling to the US and Canada.

The in suite laundry room has a full size washer & Dryer, as well as iron & ironing board.  Daily Housekeeping is provided (except on Sunday).

All condos are 100% Non Smoking. No smoking permitted inside or on the patios.
