This designer decorated 3rd floor villa opens out to breathtaking views of famous Seven Mile Beach and the Caribbean Sea, from both the dining room and Living room. The spacious patio is the perfect place to enjoy sunsets and casual dining as the outside ceiling fans keep the cool breezes flowing. Stunning, designer decorated with an over-sized, private screened patio offering four comfortable chaise lounges and patio chairs for sunset dining or morning coffee.

A fully equipped kitchen w/granite counters and high-end stainless steel appliances and Krups small appliances make meal planning simple and easy. Large flat screen TVs with entertainment channels and 40 music channel, as well as DVD players, are located in the living room and both bedrooms.

Villa #15 accommodates 4 guests.

The bedding arrangement for Villa #15 is 1 King bed in the master bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom.  Upon request, the 2 Twin beds can be combined and made into a King bed.  Each bedroom has a full bathroom,  large Flat Screen TV and DVD player. Beds are fitted with luxurious, top-of-the-line pillowtop, Kingsdown mattress and high-end bed linens. The en-suite master bath is fitted with a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Dual vanities offer plenty of space to spread out. Bathrobes, beach towels, towels, linens and Gilchrist & Soames bathing soaps and lotions are all provided.

In addition to the FREE Wireless Internet Service, there is also FREE Local & Long Distance calling to the US and Canada.

The in suite laundry room provides a washer and dryer.  Daily Housekeeping is provided (except on Sunday).

All condos are 100% Non Smoking. No smoking permitted inside or on the patios.
