This spacious 2nd Floor Corner 4 Bedroom Villa offers 3,200 sq. ft. of luxurious living space. Enjoy the spectacular view from the over-sized 40 ft. patio – the perfect spot to enjoy the sun, or for casual dining and cool drinks at sunset.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and top of the line small appliances such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker.

The dual A/C, Hunter ceiling fans and tiled floors throughout, keep this villa cool and comfortable. Large flat-screen TVs/DVDs are located in the living room and each bedroom. Cable entertainment channels and 40 music channels are available to choose from.

Villa #10 accommodates 8 guests.

All beds are top-of-the-line Kingsdown pillow top mattresses. Bedding set up: 1 King bed in Master bedroom, 1 Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 1 King bed in the 3rd bedroom, 2 Double beds in the 4th bedroom.  Each bedroom has a full bathroom, large Flat Screen TV and DVD player.
The spacious in-suite master bath is fitted with a platformed soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and dual vanities. Hair dryers, bathrobes and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames bathing soaps and lotions are provided.

In addition to the FREE Wireless Internet Service, there is also FREE Local & Long Distance calling to the US and Canada.

The laundry room features a full size washer & dryer and laundry sink along with linens, towels and beach towels. An iron & ironing board are also proviced.

Housekeeping is provided daily (except on Sunday).
